NOTICE is given that the next statutory meeting of the Mwtqri
Liquor Licensing Court will be held at the D igtrict Commissioner's'
Oftice, on Monday, 13th November, 2006, at 10.00 a.m.
Applications to be çonsidered at this meeting whether for new,
reaewals, tralufers, removals or conversioa of licences should be
submitted Qn the prescribedrform G.P. 147 (or form G.P. 148 in case
of transfer or :emoval) in liplicate with a KSh. 100 adhesive revenue
stamp affixed on the original eopy only and addressed to the
Chairman, Mwingi Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Box 1', Mwingi, so as
to reach him on or before 25th September, 2006. '
Late applications will only be considered if received on or before
4th October, 2006, and on payment of KSh. 1 ,000 being late
application fee.
Applicants for llew, transfer, removal or conversion of licences
must appear in person before the liquor licensing court or be
ted by an advocate. Attepdance in' court by applicants forrepresen
renewals is optional, unless there are objections in which case the
attendance is desirable. Applicants for renewals musf attach photostat
copies of their previous licences and should send their applications by
registered ppst or dçliver them by hand.
