WHEREAS (1 ) Silvester Githua Karanja and (2) Serah Wanini
Karanja, both of 1:.0. Box 84l 8-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of
Kenya, are rcgistered proprietors in absoltlte ownership interest of that
piece of land containing 0.81 hectarc or thereabouts, situate in the
district of Kajiado, registered undcr title No. Ngong/Ngong/zgol , and
whereas sufficient evldence has been adduced to show that the land
title deed issued thcreof has been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new
land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that
period.

ISSUE OF A NEW LAND TITLE DEED
WHEREAS Christine Awuor Onyango, of P.O. Box 164, Ugunja
in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute
ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.l 6 hectare or
thereabouts, situate in the district of Siaya, registered under title No.
Uholo/ugunja/lgo3. and whereas sufficient evidence has been
adduced to show that the land title deed ijsued tbereof has been lost,
notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date
hereof, l shal! issue a new land title deed provided that no objection
has been received within that period.

production of the said land title deed and proeeed with registration of

Charles Maina Njuguna, and and upon such registration, the land title
deed issued earlier to the saià Samuel Kipkirui Kuto (117/8590439),
shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.

and whereas the High Cpurt of Kenya at Kakamega, in civil suit No.

Bukura. and whereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in
pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation and
transfer of 1he said piece of land in favour of Shem' Ambululi
. Maktmda. and wbereas all efforts made to compel the registered
proprietor to surrender the land title dced issued in respect of the said
piece of Iand to the Iand registrar has failed, notice is given that after
thé expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no
