GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6909

WHEREAS Jonah Kipngheticb Sang, of P.O. Box 1905, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/534 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in civil suit No. 1 9 of 2005, has ordered that the said piecc of land be transferred to Gladys Waithira Kimani, of P.O, Box 4047, Nakuru, vide a court order issued by the said court dated 24th April, 2006, and whereas a1l efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that pefiod, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Gladys Waithira Kimani, and and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jonah Kipng'etich Sang, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
