THE FZIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KISUMU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SYLVESTER OLOO OWINO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 449 OF 2006 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a rrant of letters of adnzinistration intestate to'the estate of the above- aamed deceasedf who died on 19th November, 2005, has been filed in rhis registry by (1) Faiza Asya Kombo and (2) Farjala Ramadhan klagtlnga, in their respective capacities as widow and brother-in-law of )he deceased. And further take noticc that objections in the prescribed form to he making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in his registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this 'egistry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of lublication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as lrayed or to make such order
