THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT EMBU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KANGANGI KAMUU OF KIRINYAGA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 27l OF 2006LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kotieno, Konuonga, on 30th April, 2006, has been filed in this registry by Magdalina Okwach Ngodi, of Konuonga Location, P,O. Box 141 , Oyugis, in her capacity as mother of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the .prejcribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in thc prescribed form within tbirty (30) days of tbe date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
