GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7351

WHEREAS Peter Mugo Kabui, is registcred proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/rrigithi/Matanya Block 3/1280, sittmte in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 18 of 2005, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to John Nderitu Wangombe, and whereas the executive ofticer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of ' the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of John Nderitu Wangombe, and whereas al1 efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar has failed. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, l intend to dispense with the production of th- caid land title deed and proceed with registration of the séid instrunlent of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said John Nderitu Wangombe, and and upon such registration, the lal! .; title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mugo Kabui, shall be decrned to be cancelled and of no effect.
