WHEREAS pursuant 'to section 62 (1) of the Co-operative Societies Act, I am of the opinion tha' t the membership of Eltex Sacco Society (CS/2699) has fallen below 10. And whereas I am of the opinion that the society should be dissolved, Now therefore pursuant to section 62 (1) of the said Act, I cancel the registration of the society and order that it be liquidated. Any member of the society may within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, appeal to the Minister against the order. If no such appeal is presented within the time specified. the order shall take effect upon the expiry thereof. And further pursuant to section 65 of tlle said Act, I appoint John Chrys Otieno, Co-operative Auditor, P.O.
