WHEREAS l have on my own accord, decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of Tena Sacco Society Limited (CS/2733), and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act (No. 12 of 1997, Amended 2004). Now therçfore, I authorize (1 ) Jane Ondieki, District Co-operative Auditor, Thika District and (2) Andrew Magale, Co-operative Officef, Machakos District, to hold an inquiry within twenty (2G) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may be e/èedient and duly notitied by them. ' The attention of all officers and members of the society is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Societies Act. Section 60 'll-cost of inquiry.
