THE SDNIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT OYUGIS ' IN THE MATTER OFTHE ESTATE OF POLO OGACH PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. l 14 OF 2006 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kachieng. on 20th Janpary, 1986, has been tiled in this registry by Peter Ojwang Ogoch. in his capacity as brother of the deceased. And further take 'notice tbat objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
