Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is Tegistered as proprietor in-absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 4.0 acres. or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered undrr title No. Chinga/lfagongo/48g, and whereas sufficient évidence has bren adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost. 24th November, 2006 Tlv KENYA GAZETTE 281 1 notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
