WHEREAS Rahab Wanjiru Ngethe, of P.O. Box 176, North Itinangop, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyandarua/lfitiri/3s6s situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court at Nyahururu'in civil suit no. 22 of 2006 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Jane Wangari Ngethe of P.O, Box 16, North Kinangop and whereas the Deputy Registrar/Executivr officer of the said court has pursuance to an.order of the said court execdted a transfer of the piece of land in favour of the said Jane Wangari Ngethe' , and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprketor to surrender the land certiticate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land certificate to the said Jane Wangari Ngethe and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Rahab Wanjiru Ngethe shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
