THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT THIKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WANGANGA NDARITU ' PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO, 406 OF 2006 LET ALL the partics concerned take notice that a petition for a jrant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Thika, on 18th July, 2002, has been filed in this registry by Esther Warigia Wanganga. in her capacity as an administratrix of the deceased's estate. And furthcr take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this rcgistry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in thts registry in thr prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
