THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT THIKA IN THE MATTER 0F THE ESTATE OF JOSEPHAT GITAU KARITHO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 413 OF 2006 LET ALL ihe parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of adrninistration intestate to the estate of 'lhe above- named deceased, who died at nika, on 9th .July, 2006, has been tiled in this registry by (1) Muthoni Gitau and (2) Geoffrey Mbugua Gitau, bèth of P.O. Box 16309, Nairobi, in their respective capacities as an adminislatlix and administrator of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further bake notice that if no objection has been lodged in this regiqtry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
