Nos. 7426/4/R, 7426/6 artd 7426/5 on Friday, 1 3th October, 2006, between 12.00 a.m. and 1 1 .59 p.m. on and during this period all vehicles and pedestrians will be prohibited from usîng these private roads and footpaths.
