(Ccp. 261) MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF MUMIAS .Following the approval of the new rate charges by the Minister for Local Government, Municipal Council of Mumias will levy the following rates as provided for under seclion 5 (i) of the Rating Act Cap. 267: - Industrial Agricultural Land, Commercial Land and Residential Kshs, 300 per annum with effect from l st January, 2006.
