REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eric Mugi Karimi, of P.O. Box 56479–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Apartment No. 05 Block 2 Zone B5 erected on all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 71/14, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 160981/1, and whereas 23rd January, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
