REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benard Wainaina Njoroge (ID/ 21269961, of P.O. Box 242, Kenol in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1800 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Thuthua/Block 1/345, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a 23rd January, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
