REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joe Karanja Mwaura, of P.O. Box 13666, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru,. known as L.R. No. 12573/33, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 221372/1.and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register opened thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) 274 274 days from the date hereof, land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
