TAKE NOTICE THAT:- Joseph Ndirithi Kamau, of P.O Box 230–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, filed a petition for Bankruptcy Order against himself under the Insolvency Act, 2015, on the 11th day of December, 2025, in the High Court of Kenya at Nyahururu vide High Court Insolvency Cause No. E2 of 2025. The matter is scheduled for mention on the 4th February, 2026. Any creditor or interested party of the above-named debtor, desirous to oppose or support the issuance of the bankruptcy order may appear before the High Court of Kenya at Nyahururu either in person or through a duly appointed advocate of the High Court on 4th February, 2026 and submit in writing the grounds for his/her support or opposition to the issuance of the Bankruptcy Order.
