NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Civil Miscellaneous Applications No. E26/2026 in the Principal Magistrates Court at Thika, to the public/owners/ custodians of motor vehicles and motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Ruiru Police Yard to collect the said motor vehicles and motorcycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Racecourse Auctioneers, Nairobi, shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicles and Motorcycles by a way of public auction on behalf of Ngati Police Station if they remain unclaimed;- Assorted Metals, Bicycles, Timbers and Plasticsa.
