THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sajjadhussein Hassanaki Gulamhussein Khaki and (2) Moahmood Hassanali Gulamhussein Khaki, both of P.O. Box 81254–80800, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1042 acres or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block X/211, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
