REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bahati Kahindi Katana, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of that piece of land known as Mombasa/Shanzu Squatter/1594, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. CF 44227 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
