WHEREAS Amir Bazarbacha (PP. No/24HD96211), is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Kwale, known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1361, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
