REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Philip Pepela Mamati, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in Bungoma County, registered under title Nos. Kimilili/Kimilili/3667 and 1336, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
