THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Wambui Kagiri, of P.O. Box 1156, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.98 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Muruai/1067, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
