THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Musa Njagi Nyaga alias Njagi Nyaga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.36 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Gaturi/Nembure/2257, and whereas in Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E238 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to John Muriithi Njagi, and whereas the said John Muriithi Njagi has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said parcel of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of John Muriithi Njagi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Musa Njagi Nyaga alias Njagi Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
