NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Elgeyo/Marakwet pursuant to Standing Order No. 30 (1) of the County Assembly of Elgeyo/Marakwet Standing Orders, on the request of the Leader of the Majority Party, that a special sitting of the County Assembly shall be held in the Assembly Chamber, County Assembly of Elgeyo/Marakwet premises, situated at Iten Town, on Friday, the 16th January, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. In accordance with Standing Order No. 30 (4), the business to be transacted at the special sitting shall be the laying of the First Supplementary Budget Estimates 2025/2026 and consideration of the Elgeyo/Marakwet County Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2026 Dated the 7th January, 2026.
