APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, take notice that Diana Nduku Mumo, of P.O. Box 9503–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, was appointed as liquidator of Carnet General Merchants Limited (PVT-RXUMQL3) pursuant to an Order of the Court issued on the 13th June, 2025. Creditors of the company are required to send full particulars of all their claims by filing their Proof of Debts against the Company with the undersigned, the Liquidator of the Company, on or before 19th December, 2025 or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Dated the 1st December, 2025. The Liquidator acts on behalf of the Company without any liability.
