NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya to the owner of the abandoned below listed motor-vehicle lying in our client’s garage known as Wanjere Workshop, Mombasa, up to expiry of seven (7) days from the publication and upon payment of all storage charges, plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor-vehicle by public auction without any further notice and any other proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding repair, storage and other accrued charges.
