APPOINTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 28th November, 2025, pursuant to section 28 of the Mental Health Act and the regulations therefore, the High Court in MISC Application No. E275 of 2025 appointed Margaret Wanjeri Wathini as the legal guardian and manager of the estate of Charles Wathini Kiiru. Any objection to the appointment may be lodged with the Court within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice. Dated the 8th December, 2025. MUIRURI C.
