Box 47220– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Wanjiku Nderitu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Grace Wanjiku Nderitu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alexis Wanjiku Nderitu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alexis Wanjiku Nderitu only.
