NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1231, in Volume D1, Folio 227/1484, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Thinia Chepng’etich Salim, formerly known as Sinia Salim Saleh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sinia Salim Saleh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Thinia Chepng’etich Salim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Thinia Chepng’etich Salim only.
