THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbogo Milton Tsuma, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.97 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/8427, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
