TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Muthoni Muchiri and (2) John Kahunja Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 532, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Polycarp Muchiri Kahunja, late of Njoro, who died on 15th February, 2023. 2nd January, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2025 By (1) David Mwangi Kibui and (2) Martha Wanjiru Muhuthia, both of P.O. Box 81, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mwangi Kibue alias Patrick Mwangi Kibui, late of Taidys, who died at Bloom Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
