TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By (1) Harrison John Dele and (2) Isaac Mwakwekwe Mwalugo, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabu Mshanjala Kibumo, who died at Mazeras, on 5th February, 1972. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By (1) Petro Kamwange, (2) Kamwange Memu Kamwanga and (3) Joseph Petro Behare, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Behare Dunyo, who died at Mgumo wa Patsa, on 11th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
