TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2025
By Michael Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Yalo Ajwang Ombiro
alias Yiro Ajwang, who died on 18th July, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E674 OF 2025
By Pitalis Kuta Owido, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Owido Amolo Were alias
Owido Amolo, who died on 27th September, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
