TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Juma Okello and (2) Mary Atieno Okelo, both of P.O. Box 37, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okelo Ongima, who died at Siger, on 2nd January, 1996. CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2025 By Mary Atieno Okelo, of P.O. Box 37, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ochola Okelo, who died at Siger, on 1st June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
