TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2024 By (1) Aquillars Mutuku Kalio, (2) Catherine Mbatha Nthambi and (3) Lilian Mbelu Nthambi Kalio, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Nthambi Kalio, who died at Wendano, Matungulu, on 18th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025 By Beatrice Muhindi Ondeak, of P.O. Box 10–90104, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Muindi Ngungu, who died at Mitaboni, on 5th September, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
