TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2024 By (1) Josephine Ndolo and (2) Marisella Nekesa Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Wafula Sakwa, who died at Mapera, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025 By (1) Solome Nambuye Shamba, (2) Protus Achebi Mukhobelo and (3) George Masinde Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Shamba Wamutu alias Reuben Shiamba Wamutu, who died at Kakamega, on 13th August, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
