E94 OF 2025 By Mohammed Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Mulama, who died at Kimilili Rural Location, on 11th April, 1974. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By John Nalianya Kisembe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Kisembe Nalianya, who died at Kimakwa Sub-location, on 18th January, 1982. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By (1) Jentricks Nekesa Simiyu and (2) Augustine Mutoro, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Mutoro Simiyu, who died at Wabukhongo Sub-location, on 12th February, 2025. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025 By Kitim Waswa Wabomba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Wamboka Samson, who died at Kamukuywa Sub-location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
