E375 OF 2023 By Harrison Oyando Ngutu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moti Oyando, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 6th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E458 OF 2024 By James Otieno Opati, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opati Oteyo, who died at Itumbu Sub-location, on 8th December, 1985. CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2025 By Tomas Malimwa Otiti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafetha Otiti Mwalimwa alias Jafeth Oditi Malimwa, who died at Ideleri Sub-location, on 25th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
