TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Thomas Otieno Migwambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bethlomayo Migwambo Oyuga alias Migwambo Oyuga, who died at Kadera Lwala Sub-location, on 5th April, 1987. THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd January, 2026 CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025 By John Otieno Odongo, of P.O. Box 138–40404, Sara Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adongo Nyajwaya, who died at Kakmasia West Sub-location, on 5th February, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
