TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E509 OF 2025 By David Ojwang Adet, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Killion Adet alias Kilion Adet, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 16th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E520 OF 2025 By Rose Achieng Achayo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Ndoya Odiala alias Lucas Ndoya Odila, who died at Malanga, on 30th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
