Box 120, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masela Awino alias Marcela Nyakite Oduol, who died at Nguge, on 6th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025 By (1) Jeniffer Adhiambo Ogada and (2) Owino Rosemarie Killie, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibrael Musa Were Odweyo, who died at Manyatta, Kisumu, on 27th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2025 By (1) Marie Theresa Ohonde Wadenya, (2) Angela Wadenya and (3) Benedict Ochola Wadenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wadenya Ogot, who died at Bar Agulu Sub-location, on 29th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E371 OF 2025 By Jared Otieno Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Oria, who died at Usenge, on 4th October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E508 OF 2025 By (1) Josephine Atieno Ojwang and (2) Joyce Awino Oduor, both of P.O. Box 155, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Ochieng Awour alias Simon Ochieng Awuor, who died on 25th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
