Rapando, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Rapando Kuta, who died at Munjiti, on 31st January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By Rebecca Ayuma Noah, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Olukusi, who died at Eshirombe, on 23rd December, 1973. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2025 By (1) Meshack Chituyi Amukumbi and (2) Beatrice Okusimba Muranda, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muranda Wamukumbi alias John Muranda, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2020. E286 OF 2025 By Javani Lumumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Odindo Eshibulu alias Odindo Eshibulu, who died at Bubala, on 6th December, 1981.
