TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 2nd January, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Elizabeth Misiong, of P.O. Box 213, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Rengwesi, who died at Cheplelaibei in 1996. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Susana Sukuku Koskey, of P.O. Box 42–30303, Kabiyet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jerubet Jepkering Misoi alias Cherubet Kobot, who died at Cheptuiyet in 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
