TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Mwangi, (2) Benson Mwaura Thiga, (3) Erick Thiga Mburu and (4) Dennis Mwangi Mburu, all of P.O. Box 8, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mburu Thiga, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Maina Kiama and (2) Anthony Mwangi Kiama, both of P.O. Box 46851–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Polly Njeri Hinga alias Polly Njeri Kiama, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2021. E153 OF 2025 By Rhoda Mweni Stephen, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwange Mulwa, who died at Gituamba Sub-location, on 8th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025 By Margaret Njoki Njogu, of P.O. Box 1080, Sabasaba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njogu Kibotah, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025 By (1) Alice Muringa Waweru and (2) John Mbugua Waweru, both of P.O. Box 5235–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Ng’ang’a, who died at Kihumbu, Kaharati, on 8th February, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
