IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (9) of the Science, Technology and Innovation Act, the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, appoints— Shukri Baramadi— Chairperson Under paragraph (a)— Sally J. Tanui, Under paragraph (b)— Janet Kung’u, Under paragraph (c)— Michael A. Kagika, Under paragraph (d)— Ehud Gachugu (Dr.), Under paragraph (e)— James Mwaluma (Dr.), Under paragraph (f)— Peninah Aloo-Oluoch (Prof.), as the Chairperson and members of the Selection Panel for the Recruitment of the Board of Trustee of the Kenya National Innovation Agency (KeNIA), with effect from the 16th January, 2026. The selection panel shall stand dissolved after the appointment of the members of the Board. Dated the 16th January, 2026.
