APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 125 (1) (d) of
the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet
Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry re-
appoints—
WINNIE TSUMA
to be a member of the National Environmental Tribunal, for a period
of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th February, 2026.
