THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Alexander Njoroge Kahende (deceased), is registered
as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land
containing 0.62 hectare or thereabouts, known as
Dagoretti/Kangemi/251, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas
in the High Court of Kenya at Milimani in Succession Cause No. 100
of 2005, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate
of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Marx Gad Njuguna Kahende,
(2) Ruth Wangari Kahende and (3) David Muratha Kahende, all of
P.O. Box 40211–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, notice is
given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I
shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has
been received within that period.
